Response to your request
We regret to inform you that your request is DENIED, for being vague, and does not comply with Section 5 (1) (c) of Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 01, series of 2023 or the DSWD Amended FOI Agency Manual, which states that the FOI Request much be reasonably described the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request information.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary, REX GATCHALIAN at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
