Good afternoon. I would like to request information on the department's policy on the care of children who have no other relatives but must be separated from their parents. For example, in case both parents are arrested, both parents are deceased, or both parents are abroad and cannot be contacted. In this scenario, the minor child is either alone or, in the worst case, requires serious medical/psychological attention. Would this apply to foreign minor children as well? Thank you in advance for your reply.
