I am Jorella Rambonga, a 4th Year student at Technological Institute of the Philippines, currently undertaking a capstone project as part of our Civil Engineering Curriculum, titled "Proposed Traffic Signal System in Rizal Avenue, Bantay, Ilocos Sur". In line with this, I would like to formally request access to the most recent data for Rizal Avenue, Bantay, Ilocos Sur, specifically at an intersection linking to the Manila North Road. The data will be used solely for academic purposes. We would greatly appreciate the following information: 1. Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) 2. Traffic Volume Data 3. Vehicle Classification Data 4. Intersection Delay and Congestion Data (if applicable) 5. Any other relevant Traffic Studies or Reports on Rizal Avenue, Bantay, Ilocos Sur If there are any required fees or documents associated with this request, please let us know so we can comply accordingly.
