I have the honor to request permission from your good office to conduct a study on "Project Management for Highly Specialized Technical Jobs for Department of Public Works and Highways Towards Sustainable Quality Assurance." This is in connection with the requirements to finish my Doctorate Degree. In connection with this, I respectfully request permission to administer a set of questionnaires to Quality Assurance personnel and those involved in project implementation at DPWH Region I.
