Hi i would like to request the following 1.)recent traffic composition data for España Boulevard, including vehicle classifications (passenger vehicles, trucks, motorcycles, buses)? 2.)information on the existing pedestrian and cyclist infrastructure, such as sidewalk widths, pedestrian crossings, and any bike lanes or alternative provisions? 3.)recent assessments or evaluations from DPWH on España Boulevard’s capacity and usage patterns? 4.)existing studies or reports on España Boulevard, such as congestion studies, road safety audits, or impact assessments, that DPWH might have conducted.
