Good day! I am Janelle Dawn A. Avila, a fourth-year Civil Engineering student currently conducting research on pervious pavement as a flood mitigation strategy. This research focuses on the high-density area of Colon Street, and is part of my undergraduate thesis. To strengthen the basis of the study, I am respectfully requesting access to any available recent pedestrian volume specific to Colon Street, Cebu City. Rest assured, any information provided will be used solely for academic purposes and will be properly acknowledged in the study. Thank you very much for considering this request. Sincerely, Janelle Dawn A. Avila
