Good day! I would like to request a copy of the latest (2024) DPWH Construction Materials Unit Price List for NCR, Manila City, for the purpose of estimating unit costs for the Bill of Quantities on my thesis project. I hope that my request will be approved. Thank you for your kind consideration.
