Hi, I would like to request for the list of DPWH Projects wherein Engr. Jeremiah Roger P. Caluya was used as Contractor's/Consultants' Materials Engineer from 2017 up to date. Kindly include the following details: 1. Contract ID 2. Project Name 3. Contact Cost 4. Contractor's Name 5. Date awarded and Completed This is for verification and monitoring purposes. Thank you.
