Hi, I would like to request information on the list of on-going and completed DPWH/Government Projects which I am designated as Project/Civil Engineer on record. This information may include a list of the name of Government Agency, Name and location of the project, Name of the Contractor, Project Cost, Date of Project was awarded, start and completion dates, CPES rating and any other available information regarding the projects wherein I am the Project/Civil Engineer on record.
