Purpose: The standard specification issued by the DPWH is a widely used guidelines in the pre-implementation and construction stages of public works structures. This standard can be used as reference in crafting our own standard and specifications for agri-infrastructure projects being implemented by the Department of Agriculture (DA) to ensure our compliance both in local and international standards.

Please be informed that Bluebook can be purchased at the Supply and Property Management Division - Human Resource and Administrative Service of this Department for a retail price of Php 1,600.00 per book. Kindly contact them through these numbers (02) 5304-3257 and 5304-3533.
