I would like to request the discharge or streamflow data of the Padsan or Laoag River in Ilocos Norte during the 2019 Severe Tropical Storm Ineng dated August 1 - 31, 2019.

Dear eFOI user, 
Please be informed that all streamflow data available in the Department can be accessed thru this link: https://apps.dpwh.gov.ph/streams_public/station_public.aspx. However, based on our verification with the Department's Bureau of Design, Laoag River though Fully Operational is under Probation [As of December 2022], meaning only raw data is available from 2017 to present. Raw data only contains: gauge height measurement and discharge measurement of the site. 
If you wish to continue with this request, kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Receiving Officer, with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor, and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please send it at [email protected] with your FOI Tracking No. as subject. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided.
You will have 60 calendar days from the time of response to provide the requested information. We kindly request that you respond as soon as possible.
