Dear eFOI user,
Mabuhay!
Thank you for utilizing the eFOI portal (www.foi.gov.ph) and exercising your right to information under Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
We have received your request on Construction Productivity Rates (Manpower), dated Feb. 14, 2025.
The standard labor rates of the DPWH was derived from the minimum wage data extracted from the issuance of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC), thus, this Office does not have the right for reproduction and distribution of the said reference. However, we recommend reaching out to above-mentioned Offices. Alternatively, you may resubmit your request to the appropriate agency through the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/agencies/dole/.
