Hi, I would like to inquire about the DO 98 s2016 regarding the limitations of Contractors and consultant Materials Engineer 2 , "1 project - No cost limit, 2 project - aggregate cost not more than 300M, 3 project - aggregate cost not more than 250M" does it mean that I can have 3 ongoing project with aggregate cost not more than 250M is it correct? so In a year, i can handle several project depends on its duration for as long that I followed these limitations, thank you for your clarification and feedback
