In line of the Mid term Plate requirements, research paper is needed to fully understand on designing thew DOTr Headquarters

Greetings! I would like to request for information regarding the proposed DOTr Central Office Main Building. This request is inline with my Architectural Midterm Plate on a Proposed DOTr Headquarters. If possible, may I know the information on its Site Selection Report, spaces needed and other Design requirements. I'm grateful for your considerations
