Dear Sir/Ma'am, Good day! I am Paolo Santos, a senior student from De La Salle University. I am writing to request for copies of the Concessionaire Agreements, in relation to my thesis paper focused on Airport management and operations. May I request for the following Concession Agreements for the PPP Project for: a) Clark International Airport; b) Bohol-Panglao International Airport; and c) Caticlan Airport Project.
