Dear Sir/Ma'am, This is to request for copies of certain Airport Concession Agreements ("CA"), namely: 1) CA for NAIA and 2) CA for Laguindingan Airport. This is in relation to my academic paper which requires the review of provisions of the two aforesaid Concession Agreements, and its significance.
