Good day, I just want to make complain about my supervisor and also the company HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc. because of the unpaid working days and also the attitude of my supervisor. I have 12 days remaining on my paid leaves, they call it as Wellness Leave. I filed my leave because that was the supervisor says to me. From February 3-8 i applied for was not paid and also the attitude of the supervisor to put consideration on it. I give my resignation on February 7 but it takes a days it will be effective. So i used my wellness leave to be paid. Now my supervisor blocked me just because I am just asking about it. I want to report him and get sanction unto it and also he is the one pushing me to resign on that company. Even I don't like first to resign, I just do it because of him.
