Purpose: Purpose of this Letter is to formally request the resolution of my outstanding final payment, including any backpay or final entitlements owed to me by JOYNO MEDIA INC. This request is made in light of the assurances provided upon my resignation that the payment would be processed within a specific timeframe, which has unfortunately not been met. I aim to resolve this matter promptly and amicably.

A letter request assistance to: DOLE I am writing to request assistance regarding my final payment from my previous employment at JOYNO MEDIA INC. in Mactan Newtown, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. As of today, I have not yet received the full amount of my last pay, including any outstanding backpay or final entitlements. When I submitted my resignation letter, I was assured that I would receive my full payment within a month. However, several months have passed, and I have not yet to receive the remaining balance. For your reference, I have screenshots of our previous conversations in which it was promised that my last pay would be processed within that stated timeframe. If you would like me to provide proof of these communications, I am more than happy to send them. Could you please assist in resolving this matter at your earliest convenience?
