Good day! I'am Flora May Joy D. Pasion and iam seeking for an assistance from your office regarding my termination. name of company is: NextAsia Land job offer was sent to me thru email on Oct. 28, 2024, they wantd me to start on Nov. 10 pero nakipag haggle ako na january 6, 2025 na magstart. nagstart ako sa nextasia land ng dec 2 at binigyan din agad ako ng termination letter noong jan. 2 2025 immendiate yung termination at wala silang valid reason na maibigay sakin. sana po ay matulungan niyo ko at magawan ng action ang aking concern. maraming salamat po.

nag message po ako sa HR thru email, at hindi po sila sumasagot para sa aking katanungan at kadahilanan sa pagtanggal sakin. nakalagay lang po sa letter ay due to restructuring daw po ng company pero di po ako naniniwala na ang pagtanggal ay isang parte ng restructuring ng isang company ito ay retrechement. madami nadin daw pong same case na nangyari sakin base po sa mga katrabaho ko.

Thank you for your request dated yesterday, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch regarding your termination.

While companies may terminate employment for just or authorized causes provided under the Labor Code, the exercise of such prerogative must be within the limits provided by law, including compliance with the due process requirement. Hence, the employer cannot unilaterally terminate an employee without complying with the twin notice rule.

Consequently, any issue on the legality of a termination may be questioned by filing an illegal dismissal case before the National Labor Relations Commissions (NLRC) which exercises exclusive and original jurisdiction over termination disputes. You may file a Request for Assistance (RFA) online by visiting our online SENA portal at https://sena.dole.gov.ph/ and under the dropdown menu, select NLRC-NCR as your preferred office where to file your RFA. And click OK. e present.
