Purpose: Is it possible for us employee to file a case to our ex employer?

Tinanggal po kami sa trabaho ng January 9,2025 at January 10 po ay sahod na namen, tapos na po ang cut off namen para sa sasahurin namen ng January 10, may pay slip nadin po kami lahat lahat na processed na. Isang araw nalang po sahod na namen, pero before ng sahod ng January 10, 2025 ay tinanggal po kami ng January 9, 2025. At ngayon po ang inaasahan nameng sahod ay hinold nila. Sobrang stress po dahil ang inaasahan namen na sahod ay hinold pa nila, tinanggal na kami sa trabaho hinold pa nila yung sahod namen. Alam naman po namen na ang backpay ay after 30 days pero isang araw nalang po nung tinanggal kami sahod na namen, di po namen alam kung plano talaga nila to. Sobrang nakaka panghina po dahil wala na kaming trabaho di pa binigay sahod namen. Pwede po ba namen silang ireklamo sa ganito? Ang dami po naming kailangang bayaran, pero hinold pa nila ang sahod namen. Salamat po
