Good day, Our company site/compound has already an existing facility that is operational and regularly submits its DOLE mandatory reports. But our company intends to provide additional (separate) facility within our site/compound. W With the additional facility within our company compound, we hire project-based employees to oversee/manage the construction project. Those newly hired employees will not be engaged/work in the existing facility. Considering that the new hired employees is part of our company, and not of the contractor, and in case the new employee/s will be involved in an incident, how should it be reported to DOLE? Will it be reported by the existing facility (registered establishment) considering they are employed by our company and is still within our company compound? OR will it be a separate DOLE report since he/she is not part of the existing facility? If yes, can the our employee (project management team) in the construction project may be allowed to register as a separate entity for DOLE reporting?
