Sir/ Mam, Gusto ko lang ireklamo Ang ginagawa ng aming Agency. Na walang hulog Ang mga Benefits ko sa SSS,Pag-Ibig at Philhealth. Pero nagkakaltas naman Sila sa bawat Cut-off sa aking mga Sahod. Sana po mabigyan pansin. Kasi Ang hirap. Hindi rin maka usad pag magloan Kasi walang update sa contributions. Ito address nila. Thank you for your request dated January 7, 2025 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information (FOI) in the Executive Branch pertaining to the alleged non-remittance of SSS, Pag-IBIG and PhilHealth contributions.

Since any issues/s pertaining to SSS, Pag-IBIG and PhilHealth is/are outside the ambit of jurisdiction of DOLE, you may file directly with the concerned government agency as they have exclusive jurisdiction to pass upon those issues.
