Hi! Good morning, I am following up on my application for involuntary separation benefits submitted on December 17, 2024, with tracking number UB-NCR-2024-12-0005698 and UB-NCR-2024-12-0005704 (ex co-worker). As of now, there is no confirmation but the other who also submitted was have confirmation., and our SSS application may be canceled due to the delay and the process are mostly 5-7days only.
