Hi, I would like to file a report regarding of not giving me the clearance of my previous employer. 

Nagresign po ako last Jan 2024. And I follow up my clearance and separation pay last February 2024.  HR Officer informed me na inaantay nalang daw yung computation for my separation pay. Next week after I follow up, binigyan po ako ng instruction for claiming my separation pay. She did not mentioned that I'm not cleared sa Audit Dept. Wala po ako kaalam alam na involved ako sa case against sa client nila. 

During my period sa employer ko po na pumutok ang issue against sa client namin, never naman po ako naka-received ng memo or na-suspend dahil wala naman po sila nakita na involved ako sa issue ng client nila. 

They also not give any reason why they hold my clearance. At yung mga meron naging involved sa transactions, sila pa ang nakakuha ng clearance at na-promote sa position.

Can you help me on this please. Hindi po ako makapag-apply sa iba ng dahil dito.
