Hi, Just want to follow up my request for Certificate of Involuntary Separation filed on 1/16/2025 with tracking number UB-NCR-2025-01-0007628. I tried to follow up with [email protected] but haven't received response. Please advise what is the timeline for evaluation process of certification.

To address your concern, kindly submit an application with the Social Security System (SSS) branch nearest you to secure a transaction code before you can apply for a Certificate of Involuntary Separation with our Office. For local workers, you may file your application for the issuance of Certificate of Involuntary Separation through DOLE Field/Provincial Office (for local workers) where the company or employer is located.
