Good day, where I can report , because my employer is not remitting my benefits but they deduct it on my Payslip, please help me regarding on this issue, thank you.

Good day.

We received your email relative to the alleged non-remittance of your SSS, Philhealth and HDMF Contributions.

To assist you with your concern, you may file a Request For Assistance (RFA) through the Single Entry Approach (SEnA) Program at the DOLE Provincial Office having jurisdiction with the place of operation of your employer or nearest from your residence, wherein you and a representative from your company will be called to a conference to discuss any labor dispute/ concern, through a mediation-conciliation conference. You may also file your concern thru this link: https://sena.dole.gov.ph/.
