On behalf of Michelle Cajontoy, Janine Valera and Necle Solmerano, who were all falsely arrested by PDEA, not given an inquest as mandated by law and had falsified inquest resolutions were submitted in both of their cases, I'm requesting inquest records from OCP Angeles City. If this request is forwarded directly to OCP Angeles City by the DOJ, it will be ignored as they are concealing the fact that no inquests took place. That is why this request should be sent directly to Secretary of Justice Remulla's office. The denials and concealment of evidence is no longer acceptable. Transparency must be given to this request in order to uphold the rule of law and the Philippines Constitution. A denial of this request is not acceptable.

I assume this will remain as "pending" since no inquests actually took place and the DOJ is covering for PDEA who falsified the inquest resolutions and for assistant city prosecutor Mark Oliver C. Sison who endorsed the falsified resolutions by prosecuting the cases and concealing that no inquests actually took place.
