I am Lovelyn Dian T. Bulan, a fifth year architecture student at  Isabela State University- Ilagan campus conducting a research entitled" Lifeline: A specialty hospital for cardiovascular diseases" hereat Isabela.
As a top leading mortality in the  province, the growing demand of specialized hospital for heart and blood is highly needed.

In connection to this, may i humbly request the data/ information of statistic of cardiovascular diseases cases per municipality. this is requirement for to include and requirement to finish my undergraduate thesis in BS- Architecture program and the  data and information will great help to determine  of the location of  may specialty hospital. Rest assured that the data that will gathered will remain confidential and further permission will be needed if a specific information shall be used in thesis itseft.
