Dear eFOI user,
Thank you for your request dated March 6, 2025, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You have requested the San Lazaro Hospital Architectural Plans/Documents
This pertains to your request for the following:
1. Floor plans of San Lazaro Hospital
2. Site Development Plan
3. List of Facilities In line with this, the Site Development Plan is an integral document that outlines the zoning, design, and intended use of the site.
This document, along with any building plans, is governed by the Health Facilities and Services Bureau (HFSRB) Department of Health, technical guidelines for planning and design of hospitals. In addition to this, the document must also adhere to the zonal allocations in Hospital Master Planning and Design outlined in the Philippine Health Facilities Development Plan (PHFDB).
Due to its sensitive nature, it is of utmost importance that the Site Development Plan NOT BE publicly disclosed or shared. This document is still subject to regulatory compliance, particularly under the Department of Health’s zoning requirements, given that the site is currently undergoing a Ten (10) Year Development Plan for proper zoning alignment.
The Floor plans and Facilities available for Infectious Diseases are attached herewith for your perusal.
