Good day! I would like to ask if it is possible to propose another regional branch of Research institute of Tropical Medicine (RITM) in Region 4-A (CALABARZON).

Good day! The topic proposal for my architectural thesis is about a regional tertiary hospital with research facility for virology and tropical diseases with integrated disaster response complex located in Calamba, Laguna. Upon further research, I noticed that the topic is similar to the focus of RITM, so I would like to know if it is possible to propose a regional branch of RITM in Region 4A for architectural thesis. Your favorable response will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
