We are sending you the 2024 partial morbidity data reported in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS).

Data for the previous years are available on the DOH website: https://doh.gov.ph/data/publications/ (Publications > Health Report & Statistics > FHSIS Annual Reports) or at this link https://bit.ly/FHSISPHSannualreports.

Additionally, the FHSIS report captures data in public primary care facilities and the morbidity data is based on 42 pre-selected diseases (https://bit.ly/2023FHSISmorbidity).

While other data requests are not available in the FHSIS.
