We have received your request on Budget Allocation, dated Dec. 26, 2024.
This is regarding your FOI request for the budget data downloaded in the District Health Centers in Baguio City. Upon clarification through a phone call, you mentioned that you need all funds downloaded to the District Health Centers from 2021-2024.
This is to inform you that in the Department of Health's (DOH) process, funds are merely downloaded to the City Local Government Unit (LGU). The discretion in utilizing these funds whether for purchasing medicines, vaccines, or equipment, among others, is up to the City LGU. Therefore, the DOH does not oversee or maintain data on the specific utilization of these funds.
Given this, we kindly request that you submit a new request addressing it directly to the City LGU. They are in the best position to provide the information requested.
