Good day! I am a 4th year BS Accountancy student and currently conducting a thesis about the 'Implications of Increased Tax Rates on Sin Products Consumers in Attaining Sustainable Development Goals 3' in the City of Cabuyao, Laguna.

We humbly request the following information that will be beneficial to support our study:

The number of health-related cases specifically caused by alcohol and e-cigarette consumption in each of the barangays of the City of Cabuyao, Laguna such as:
1. Liver disease
2. Respiratory disease
3. Cardiovascular disease
4. Any other related diseases

We would like to inform you that FHSIS has no available information on the number of health-related cases specifically caused by alcohol and e-cigarette consumption. Only the total number of liver diseases, respiratory diseases, and cardiovascular diseases based on diagnosis from RHUs and BHS are only available from our end.
