Hello. I am doing an academic research on how much energy might be lost due to operational inefficiencies, and natural catastrophe incidents in the power section, particularly in the Mindanao region. Related to above, I respectfully request for the following information to aid me in my research. 1. Availability factor of Mindanao Plants from 2015 to 2024. 2. Forced outage rate of Mindanao power plants from 2015 to 2024.
