Hi, When can we expect the publication of DOE GEAP-4 final TOR? What was the result of the public consultation? If not yet done, how can we gain access to the meeting link? We are an American BESS supplier/manufacturer based in Manila. Our clientele are major conglomerates in Philippines and was successful to deploy our solutions locally. Thank you. Regards, Dennis

Thank you for your request dated Feb. 27, 2025, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You have requested the number of FOI Users from 2016 to the present.

Please be informed that the public consultation for the GEA-4 TOR was conducted last 14 February 2025. To date, the Department is currently finalizing the GEA-4 TOR, including its annexes. The Department aims to release the Notice of Auction and the GEA-4 TOR this 1st Quarter.
