Following a conversation with OWWA staff, our client was informed that the maximum placement fees is 75,000 PHP, which reportedly includes the cost of airfare, OWWA fees, and processing charges for travel to Taiwan. Additionally, she was informed that the placement fee is non-refundable as the client is already in Taiwan. We kindly request clarification on the following: 1. Placement fee composition, we are interested in a detailed breakdown of what is legally included in the placement fee, such as airfare, processing fees, and OWWA contributions.
