Hi, Hope this email finds you well. With the recent news of the proposed removal of the bus lanes that give convenience to ordinary passengers like us, we would like to ask you these questions for research and possible litigation purposes: - Who is the research partner of DILG to come up with this idea of removing the bus lanes? - What was the conclusion of this research that made you decide to come up with this proposal? - Is there a proposed budget at stake if this was implemented? If YES, how much? This question is in line with with Article III, Section 7 of our Philippine Constitution which states: "The right to information is enshrined in the 1987 Philippine Constitution under Article III, Section 7 of the Bill of Rights. This provision guarantees the people's right to access information on matters of public concern, which plays a critical role in a functioning democracy." We are hoping for your prompt reply. Thank you
