Good Day, We would like to request for your legal opinion and help. Our Barangay (Brgy. 720, PB Erika Platon) refuses to publicize any and all Barangay Resolutions and Ordinances that they enact. They simply tell us residents that these are confidential documents and cannot be viewed by mere people. I would like to ask for the DILG's opinion on whether or not this claim is true. From our understanding, barangay resolutions and ordinances should be of public knowledge. We would like to ask help on how to obtain or view our barangay resolution and ordinances
