Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of Tanglad, Santa 
 Maria, Davao Occidental;
Zoning Ordinance (ZO) of Tanglad, Santa Maria, Davao Occidental;
Wind, Wave, Tidal Patterns of Malalag Bay in Davao;
Water quality of Malalag Bay in Davao;
Marine Wildlife and biodiversity in Malalag Bay, Davao;
Sea Depth and Bathymetric maps of Malalag Bay, Davao;
Coastal topography and geography data of Tanglad, Santa 
Maria, Davao Occidental; and, 
Demographic data related to tourism statistics of local population and workforce availability of Tanglad, Santa Maria, Davao Occidental.
We have informed you about the need for extension, consistent with the DHSUD FOI Manual and Executive Order No. 02, Series of 2016, per email dated 23 December 2024. 
Relative thereto, please be advised that the first and second items consist of localized data specific to Barangay Tanglad, Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental. The latest approved CLUP and ZO of the Local Government Unit (LGU) covered the period of 1996-2006 (2nd CLUP & ZO) with Resolution No. SP 00-574 dated 11 October 2000. Our agency's Regional Office XI advised that the CLUP and ZO approved during this period do not include a barangay-level land use plan or ordinance. Furthermore, they do not have copies of the documents and the same are due for updating.
Our concerned regional office also advised that the last six (6) items in your request are only available through other special studies or plans conducted by relevant offices or departments of the LGU, as the data are not covered by the CLUP and ZO.
For these, kindly direct your request to the Local Planning and Development Office Occidental.
If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review. To initiate this process, kindly submit your written appeal for review addressed to Atty. Randy B.
