Hi! I would like to request for information regarding: 1. The Master Deed of Balai de Selendra Baguio developed by JASA Properties, including: - Technical description of the land and building - Declaration of Restrictions - Diagrammatic floor plans - All amendments, if any 2. Related condominium documents filed with your agency regarding this property I am making this request as a unit owner of the said condominium project. This information is needed to understand my rights and obligations as a unit owner. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
