We have informed you about the need for extension, consistent with the DHSUD FOI Manual and Executive Order No. 02, Series of 2016, per email dated 09 January 2025.
Per records of this Department’s Environmental, Land Use and Urban Planning Bureau (ELUPDB) the only available information relative to your request is a copy of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of Laguindingan which was approved through Human Settlements Regulatory Commission (HSRC) Resolution No. R-85, Series of 1982.
As confirmed in your subsequent coordination, per email dated 12 December 2024, a copy of CLUP of Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental is hereby released exclusively for purpose related to your research. Please download the information through the link: DATA REQUEST_LAGUINDINGAN_2025-01-07.
