Purpose: For knowledge of HOA's scopes and limitations.

Hi, I'm having problems with our HOA in Almart Subdivision. It is stated that in Magna Carta that the HOA will not interfere whatever the lot owner wants to do to his lot. We are leasing our lot and HOA president is asking for the plan which we are still on-going dealing and interferes with the potential lessee (i think he is making interest of our lot which we don't agree). Our lot is already declared a commercial area from the City Hall. Can you help me enlighten the HOA President and officers what are their limits? and what are the penalties they may face for interferring such activities? and even utility services they are charging us even though there is a memorandum circular issue last 2024.
