This refers to your request, which we received on 06 January 2025, concerning the latest Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of Nabas, Aklan.

Per records of this Department’s Environmental, Land Use and Urban Planning Bureau (ELUPDB) the only available information relative to your request is a copy of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of Nabas, Aklan, covering the planning period of 1981-1991.

As confirmed in your subsequent coordination, per email dated 21 January 2025, a copy of CLUP of Nabas, Aklan is hereby released exclusively for purpose related to your research for Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) requirements. Please download the information through the link: 2025-01-23_DATA REQUEST_NABAS, AKLAN.

If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review.
