- Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of Bacuag, Surigao del Norte; and,
- The process of Zoning Reclassification in Bacuag, Surigao del Norte.

Concerning the PDPFP, kindly send a request directly to the Provincial Government Office of Surigao del Norte, via email addresses they provided: [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected].
May we also inform you that the Zoning Reclassification process in the Local Government Unit of Bacuag will be subject to the enactment of the Sangguniang Bayan, and will be submitted to the concerned Sanggunian Panlalawigan for approval. There is no established step-by-step process for the Zoning Reclassification since there is no application in the municipality.
Per our email dated 29 November 2024, we informed you of the need for an extension, consistent with the DHSUD FOI Manual and Executive Order No. 02, Series of 2016.
