This refers to your request, under Freedom of Information, which we received on 22 August 2024, concerning the latest Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) of Cebu City.

Please be advised that, based on the records of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) through its Environmental, Land Use and Urban Planning Development Bureau (ELUPDB), the only plan for Cebu City that is available in repository does not indicate a planning period and lacks attached resolutions or approval stamps to verify its status. Consequently, we are unable to share it, as it may be considered a draft or unapproved document. Additionally, according to ELUPDB's monitoring database, Cebu City is currently in the process of formulating/updating their land use plan.

It may be noted that per your email dated 27 August 2024, you requested not to include anymore the CDP of Cebu City in your request.
