Good day! I am writing this letter to inform you that I have to cancel my scheduled appointment for applying for a passport. I have encountered an error in the application process which has made it impossible for me to proceed at this time. I have been trying to schedule another day, but the system alerts keep on saying that I have to cancel the previous one, but couldn't as there is no code sent on my e-mail. These are the details for my application: Date: January 24, 2025 Time: 11:00-12:00 PM Site: Malolos (Xentro Mall, Malolos City) Name: Carla Jane Villareal Catahan Gmail: [email protected] Mobile: 09553313213 Thank you so much and I hope you could help me solve this problem as soon as possible. Sincerely, Carla Catahan
