I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally request the rescheduling of my DFA appointment originally set for January 30,2025 at 11:00am at DFA Aseana Branch. Unfortunately, due to the passing of my grandfather, I am unable to attend the scheduled appointment.

I kindly ask for a new appointment date at your earliest available schedule. Attached are the necessary documents, including a copy of my appointment confirmation and my grandfather’s death certificate, for your reference.

I appreciate your understanding and assistance regarding this matter. Please let me know the next steps I need to take. I look forward to your response.

Actually I already messaged to dfa but they reject my request even if I have proof and reason.mo one knows who dies today or tom that's y please give some consideration
