I am a Fifth year architecture student. Currenly, i am working on my thesis which focuses on addressing the learning gaps that visually impaired students face due to physical and environmental barriers in school. I would like to request access to the following documents: 1. Number of visually impaired students and enrolees in elementary school in CALABARZON AND NCR SY 2019-2023 2. Total number of Visually Impaired STUDENTS per city in NCR and CALABARZON area (Including Age, List of Schools).
