Hi.I would like to request my ALS Diploma.I passed the exam 2013 .and I take the exam at DARAGA NATIONAL High School in Albay .My purpose was for my Job Employment.

You may refer to the Guidelines on Learner's School Records in the DepEd Order No. 54, s. 2016 titled "Guidelines on the Request and Transfer of Learner’s School Records" regarding your request for a Form-137 (Permanent Record), Form-138 (Report Card), and other school records for your information and guidance:

For further clarification, you may directly seek the assistance of the school where you graduated or the Schools Division Office near your area.
