I would like to formally request access to a topographic map of Mauba, Quezon, or, if available, a specific map of Brgy. Cagsiay II, Mauban, Quezon.

This map is critical resource for our capstone project, which focuses on slope protection and soil stability in Brgy. Cagsiay II. Access to this map will enable us to analyze the terrain, elevation, and natural features of the area, contributing significantly to our study's design and assessment phses.

We assure you that any data provided will be used sticlty for academic purposes and handled in accordance with all applicable guidleines and protocols.

Should there be any requiremnts and conditons I need to complete to facilitate this request, please let me know, and I will comply promptly. I appreciate your assistance and look forward to your favorable response.

Your right to request a review
If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review. Please provide a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction with our response within 15 calendar days from the date of receiving this response. We will conduct the review and communicate the outcome within 30 calendar days from the receipt of your review request.
Should you remain unsatisfied with the review outcome, you retain the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
